JFYI... the Q1 2004 industry sales figures are in.
Apple's Worldwide Marketshare?
1.81 percent (if you go by IDC's numbers)
or 1.65 percent (if you go by Gartner's).
I think most people go by IDC's numbers anyway. Essentially, the PC industry grew ~15% year over year while Apple grew ~5%.
