I've never actually seen one of those infamous Dell ads (although I suspect the actor's agent is working overtime in bringing him to my attention regardless...)

It can barely hold down a CD is referring to it being so slim that it has to "puts it's finger down its throat" to stay slim.

It's a palindrome.
But oddly enough, it makes an ideal slogan for the new iMac as well.
