God cannot lie (Gal. 6:7). He just can't. There are definitely absolutes. So God cannot tell a lie in order to save you. And by the way, the Devil is restricted. There is such things as absolute good and absolute evil. There are no relatives. IN ESSENCE THERE IS GOD.
