as someone who stumbled into it by accedent, I know how hard it had to be for the mods to seek it out, so all I am asking is why ban the IP without first reporting it to the ISP as many, at least here in the USA have rules against doing this, they could pull his internet service and no one elese has potential of being harmed.

or better yet, relese his IP and let the "party" begin...

Interesting suggestion, but I fear that reporting to ISP is not that simple. Otherwise it will lead to abuses, and too many people will loose their internet service without serious enough reasons.

Administrations tend to be very efficient, but difficult to move

I see your point, I guess that is the problem with the internet, in the real world a club or community has guards or bouncers to take care of the riff-raff and trouble makers without makeing as much as a disturbance to the customers or residents, there is no way of doing that on the world wide web useing even the most advanced methods of technology today.

I apologized for this matter. Yes, I do want to post of these forums (but without the pornographic images my bro posted).

I, myself, didnt want to cause any harm. I only came here to give an honest apology without getting flamed for it.

Either way, if he stops posting the spam and images, we're all winners.
