    The most impressive about Supersize Me is actually the BigMac guy. He eats big macs all the time but not fries, colas or any side orders. His cholesterol was perfect!

    I am currently on a diet by doctors order. It sucks but *sigh* I know it will be good for me but its still a pain in the ass.

    To be healthy and not gain weight I suggest the following.



    No processed foods like cookies, cakes etc.

    No ice cream.

    No corn syrup drinks like soda.

    Keep fats which are solid at room temp. to a min. such as lard, butter, hydrogenated vegetable fats. These fats clog your arteries no matter your weight.

    No salt. lower sodium intake.

    No fried foods or try to reduce consumption of fried foods by 90%





    Here is what to eat:



    Steamed vegetables

    Whole foods such as whole grains and whole oats.

    Drink green tea

    Turkey sandwiches on whole wheat

    White rice based asian stir fry dishes. (Get a rice cooker/steamer) only one tablespoon of oil used to stirfry vege and chicken.

    Eat fish like salmon/tuna once a week

    Eat black beans with a light midwest style light mexican dish.





    Keep pizza, pasta and breads to a minimum.
