Colt McCoy dominated weak competition, so he's obviously a big question mark at QB. But with that name how do you pass him up? Colt McCoy... you can't lose with that name.
you can if he fumbles twice and throws 2 interceptions.

we didn't take that many last year, and we're losing a lot of talent.
quan was a good re-grab. he and miller would have looked real nice in crimson and cream. bummer.
Here's an interview with Ryan Perrilloux's step-father. Some people are just amazingly delusional.
Just as a little background, Perrilloux told UT coaches up until signing day that he was 100% committed to Texas. Meanwhile, he had been recruiting for LSU for well over a month, the entire time lying to Mack Brown face-to-face.
Quote:
Inside Texas: What would you tell Longhorn fans about Ryan not signing with Texas?
Breaux: "We really loved Coach Brown and his staff, especially Coach Davis. They?ve done a heck of a job recruiting Ryan. Ryan looked over the whole situation you know. What?s best for him and the family, we have to really respect what he really wanted to do. We?re just happy with his decision. We love Texas, but it just came down to three schools and Ryan had to make the decision and just have to live with it."
Inside Texas: Did you have a certain school in mind for Ryan?
Breaux: "LSU was a good choice. Me, my wife and the whole family, we felt all along that LSU was the school that we really wanted."
Inside Texas: If that was the case with LSU, why was Ryan committed to Texas all the way up until today?
Breaux: "We hope Texas understands. You know, Martellus Bennett was supposed to come to LSU, so everybody can go where they want to go. We thought it over and we thought LSU was the best."
Inside Texas: Do you feel that Ryan and your family was up front with the Texas coaches during recruiting?
Breaux: "Ah, yes, the whole time we were."
Inside Texas: So does that mean Ryan and your family were telling Texas the whole time about the possibility of looking at LSU?
Breaux: "We didn?t say that. We didn?t put LSU no way in the picture."
Inside Texas: Why not? After all, Ryan was committed to Texas up until today, right?
Breaux: "When we talked to people (coaches), we didn?t discuss other schools to each other."
Inside Texas: Do you believe in honoring an oral commitment?
Breaux: "Well Ryan had committed early when he went to the Elite 11. He shocked all of us when he said Texas. We visited and loved the school. We?ve been loving Texas. It came down to the quarterback situation. Vince is a good runner, but he don?t pass. We love Vince too, you know. The thing is that we don?t think Vince is going to go anywhere next year."
Inside Texas: Are you saying that the offensive system at Texas wouldn?t be able to showcase Ryan?s abilities as well as other schools?
Breaux: "It was going to take too long. Being backup and behind Vince Young, I don?t think it was going to work, because Ryan want to get in all the time. He?s never been a backup quarterback since he was 7 years old. I don?t think him becoming a backup after 11 years is a good idea and that?s not what he?d want to do. I don?t think he should sit there as a freshman in my opinion. We?ve been behind him the whole time. He?s a great, great child. Not just a great athlete, but a great child."
Inside Texas: Are you saying that if Ryan had signed with Texas, you believe he should have been the starter over Vincent Young?
Breaux: "If he would have had the opportunity to play as a freshman, I think Ryan would have taken a real good look at (Texas). Nobody said anything about him competing. They only talked about him redshirting. We know Ryan can give Vince or any quarterback in the country a run for their money. The guy at USC (Matt Leinhart), he would give him a run for his money. Ryan is one of the most accurate passers there is in the country. I would put him against anyone of the pro players. It?s just unfortunate for Texas that they didn?t get him. We love them (the Texas coaches)."
Inside Texas: When is the last time you or Ryan talked with the Texas coaches?
Breaux: "(Long pause?no answer.)"
Inside Texas: Were they informed of Ryan?s decision prior to him making his announcement today?
Breaux: "We don?t think we should have."
Inside Texas: What happened with Texas? At some level, did something else happen?
Breaux: "I think Ryan would best answer that question. I really don?t know his point of view."
Inside Texas: But something in your mind happened? What happened?
Breaux: "(Long pause?no answer.)"
Inside Texas: What was the turning point?
Breaux: "You know Ryan wanted to play right now. He has a real good chance playing at LSU as a freshman. He was not going to play as a freshman at Texas. Vince is an established guy. He?s been there, what three years? He knows the system. Texas win with running and that?s what they do. Ryan is both, run and throw. He went the place where he thinks he?s going to play."
Inside Texas: Was there ever a falling out between Ryan and the Texas coaches?
Breaux: "There was never a falling out."
Inside Texas: Was there ever disagreement with the coaches to where it alienated your family to a point?
Breaux: "Yeah. It probably happened in December when we went on the official visit."
Inside Texas: Was there debate some between your family and the coaches?
Breaux: "Not really. It came down to starting. I asked Coach Brown how the quarterback situation looked for Ryan next year and he said he wasn?t going to play."
At this point, Breaux walked away for a family photograph and never returned to finish the interview.
that's pretty shitty. your better off with out that prick. absolutely no class. that's almost as bad as that kid in florida that made a big production about his choice. kept everyone, including his own mother in the dark until the moment he announced he was going to fsu.
