Ye, I'd be grateful on this too. As a 20 year old, I feel it is about time I acquired some shares (geez I had shares when I was about 13, but I sold them). How easy is it to buy Apple shares from the UK (probably online) and do Apple shares pay a dividend? Should I even bother or is it not worth the hassle?
Thanks for that, quite an interesting article. I might get me some Apple shares soon, probably not until after the split though. See how things go. Anyone else got any friendly advice on buying Apple shares from the UK? I'm slightly put off by the fact that they don't have a dividend, so I won't see my money again until I sell.

We are planning on purchasing some stock.
When is the best time to by?
Before the 18th? Between the 18th and 28th?
After the 28th?
Help.
Thanks.
