    she's not that vain unfortunately! I think I've got round her though, she's not pleased about Tiger either, but it's a whole new Mac for £100!!

    use an old belkin adaptor - i could sell you one!

    quite an expensive choice now... Certainly looking at the current alternative storage tanks.....

    (I don't need the Ipod really, got it from my son...)

    thats why a mod would be preferred. Through the docking port I can get USB out, but for the 3rd gen without host supoort so the camera will not be seen. I've looked for free hosts and indeed found only the Belkin so far. Sitecom seems to have a kind of transfer box which might work too. At least cheaper (129 euro and about 50 euro in NL as I recall well).

    Edit: So does somebody still have some mod or an electronic scheme for home brewing?
