This is another one of those cases about Apple people showing how little they know about the IBM compatable world.
Integrated graphics are cheap "good enough" products that run cool and with low power. In reality these are excelent results for a Intel IGP, you can actualy play some games with the things. Intel IGP is plenty powerful to accelerate most OS X desktops, just dont expect 3D games or 30" Apple HD displays.
Although I think that Apple may buy the integrated chipset and CPU from Intel to put in their lowest end products (for monetary reasons), we should not forget that actually, Apple will now have the option to use the integrated chipsets from ATI or Nvidia as well... Food for thought.

However, I doubt that it will be used, because it's a half-assed knockoff of a GPU, even compared to the 5200 Ultra.
Everybody knows Intel makes the worst video cards on the market.
