Adobe's first quarter starts at end of Nov / start of Dec
So late Feb or early March is a good bet

photoshop 7 (b43) on a ibook 500 is exactly as fast as photoshop 6 on a Pismo 500...
two years later, 1/3 of the price and still at beta... I think that is quite good actually...

PS 7b43 is no slower in X than PS 6 is in 9 on my 333 imac (384megs)
It is also very solid for a beta.
