I listen to jazz, but unlike Hassan, I haven't yet made it past Coltrane, or even through Coltrane, to be honest. But I distinctly remember Hassan admitting to listening to Louis Armstrong once.
I try to ignore current music. I think there's just so much out there that it's overwhelming, so I instead go with what's bubbled up from the past and considered to be good stuff.
You'll all have to do without my accessTunes link for a few hours, while all of my files transfer from my old dual 2.0 GHz G5 to my new quad 2.5 GHz G5.
I actually piggy-back off of others' network routers. I'm hooked onto some neighbor's Linksys router as I speak. It's bad, I know, but I can't afford an ISP or a wireless service.
Macdoll,
How do you do this?
No offence or anything (I live on the other side of the pond in any case) - I just want to know how to block people who do that since I'm on wireless now.
Isn't it limiting having to wait until they turn their router on?

When I turn my Airport on, I select the network I want to connect with. If the network requires a password in order to use it, a password window will pop up. Those networks I leave alone. Yes, sometimes their router's off, and I'll just do without. I use networks provided by my college on campus as well.
Nevertheless, if you don't want people to piggy-back off your network, make it password protected, so only the people you want on there will know the password.
