    that's a good point. The field would have to be VERY strong to cause a problem there.

    Ok, maybe that was my weird idea... I'm still from the floppy age, and I recall that those were sensitive to magnets, and as far as I know, you have to be cautious in general with magnets in combination with electronics... but I gather this doesn't apply to flash mem, which is just our luck then
