The flip mechanism adds needless complexity.

So, when in "closed, small LCD" mode, the click wheel is inaccessible, and when in "open, big touch screen LCD" mode the click wheel is on the opposite side, with the, um, camera.

The flip part of it is cool, but the wheel could be in a better place. They better make it...

How is the floating feature implemented?

It uses a new anti-gravitation force. I guess it manages to neglect gravity in that small area around it. Apple has the technology patented of couse, so we won't be seeing this used in anything thats super productive netime soon...unless Apple teams up the with military

I like the flip idea, but I think it could be improved by making it a flip and twist like the LCDs on Canon cameras. That way when it's closed you still have access to the iPod controls.

That flip mechanism is 1) unpractical and 2) vulnerable

Has anyone sent the URL to Apple?

    Great presentation also.

Apparently some people have a lot of spare time on their hands.
