The only problem with that is that these boards are public. As such, they cannot discriminate against one company, just because we are talking about them. That is against the law.

That is blatantly false. A forum (or any website/server), such as this, constitutes private property. Permission to be on said property is not a right, but rather a privledge. If a website's owner/operator wants to maintain a specific focus on Apple-related topics, with the exclusion of Windows/Microsoft topics, that is perfectly legal.
Though I am possibly mis-reading your post, at this point, it seems quite wrong.
