The most interesting thing for me was the Mac Pro, even if I'm not going to get one - they do cost a bit for my rather thin wallet.
In terms of potential I think that Time Machine could be a killer, especially if it is tied into a new Finder.
The Core technology looked interesting, but I consider it a developer thing. It could move to the consumer level if Apple plays around with it in iLife - especially iPhoto and iTunes. Basically eye candy, but something that could grab a customer's eye, which is the name of the game.
At the consumer /new user level Stationery in Mail is going to sell some Macs. I have a feeling that Billy over at MS has ordered something like that put into Vista before he went home Monday night.
