Already got Rose, next we'll take the shillelagh, then the victory bell, and top it off with the AFCA against the O on January 8th.

If Notre Dame beats USC I'm going to laugh my ass off.

If they do, I probably won't come on here for about a month.

Putting my Midwestern/Big Ten/Michigan season ticket holder bias aside....

Michigan deserves a rematch with OSU, and should Notre Dame go on to defeat USC next week that will solidify it in my book. Notre Dame has not beaten a ranked opponent since Michigan beat them, and a win over USC wouldn't be enough to catapult them over Michigan, especially after last night's performance, IMO any other team would have lost to OSU by 14 or more. The Wolverines and Buckeyes are that much better than everyone else.

    BOOYEAH SUCKERS!

    Michigan still #2 in BCS!

Their season is done though-- USC will probably jump over them by beating ND and UCLA.

    Yikes.

All it will take is one ranked win...

    Two?

Does the UCLA game not count for the BCS?
  • Reply 28 of 48
Yes, but I'm not sure the win against UCLA would be sufficient. Say for example they played Arizona and UCLA the last 2 weeks of the season and beat them. People in the Big 10 would be severin' heads over the injustice if USC was #2 after those wins.

If they lose to ND then no way do they play for the title. They need both.

I know but I was just saying...

All I was mentioning is that they need a ranked win in order to be #2. Two cream puff Pac-10 wins wouldn't be enough.

A Notre Dame win and a Florida loss means a UM-OSU rematch.

    BCS Rankings are up.

Penn State fell out of the Top 25 (eh they suck anyway).

USC moves to #2... pretty healthy lead I'd say.

Wisconsin is probably overrated at #7. I don't know. It's tough to say.

Ironically, doesn't Notre Dame have a chance to play Michigan in the Rose Bowl if USC wins out?

Yikes. No fun in that matchup for me.

Yes, but I wouldn't rule out a Michigan vs. SEC Champion if everyone is truly against rematch games.

    I'm watching...

9-7 USC but UCLA is driving and in the red zone.

I can't believe Wake Forest gets a BCS bid.
