what is so special in the US about this upcoming Monday, dec 11? (i dont live in the us)
Retailers offer all sorts of 'surprise' discounts to entice you into buying more things, and the number of purchases skyrocket. Also, it is just about the end of the 'Holiday Buying Season' so to speak, because at that point you have to worry even more about what is in stock and shipping (just 14 days to Christmas). Retailers in the U.S. center a LOT of sales around the Holiday Season.
i think people's expectations are running a bit too high with itv. i think we've already seen the majority of the tricks it can do and it's good but not impressive, to me anyway. i hope apple has a few surprises because so far im not that excited.
Trust me, my expectations for iTV are anything but high. I'll wait to be impressed at MWSF, 'cause it does not impress yet.
