    1. Click on 3-Dot List-Item above the scroll bar and check "Speed of Host" (It's unchecked by default).

    2. Set list view to "Speed" (From highest to lowest, of course)

I do not see "Speed of Host"..I see Connection Type.

/Edit...nevermind, I found it. It is there when you search for something.

Where do you set list view to "speed"? I don't see that option. I am using the latest version, 0.65

Wow, it does seem a lot better today!

    Anyone ever try Fern?

When you add "Speed of Host" to list view by checking it in the 3-Dot column, you see "Speed" as the added list view. Select that to sort the list according to the "speed of host." I also use version .65, and sometimes I might find 1000+ files and maybe only 10 with host speeds greater than 1.0kB.

If you are looking for a lower selection, but entire concerts, check out <a href="http://furthurnet.com/"; target="_blank">http://furthurnet.com/</a>; ...extremely good for jambands!</strong><hr></blockquote>

furthernet.com is great indeed. I've gotten many full concerts and burnt them to CD's. good stuff.

Exactly, eDonkey is a mess, Gnutella is GARBAGE. LimeWire makes me want to puke.

Don't patronize me, I understand how Neo, KazaA etc work, but they just never ACTUALLY download files.

Kazaa on the PC is beautiful. Why oh why won't they make a Mac version!? The "Fasttrack" network is where it all is. I hate how complicated this has all become. Napster was great. How come Kazaa hasn't been broken up like Napster was? Isn't it the same thing, a company? I appreciate and like how Gnutella is de-centralized, but I've never gotten Gnutella to work. Kazaa would seem to be the next Napster, in other words, it won't last forever. I guess I'll have use friends' PeeCees How embarassing. <img src="graemlins/hmmm.gif" border="0" alt="[Hmmm]" />

Also if kazaa is private and closed-source what's the deal with kazaa lite? Did they crack the encryption? Or is it a mod on kazaa?

Gnutella died the day Napster died and every TV and newspaper from here to the end of the earth started teaching 28.8k AOL users where to go.

Kazaa is funded by spyware. If they port Kazaa to the mac, they also have to port the spyware as well. No one has cracked the encryption yet, which is why there are no custom clients. Kazaa lite is Kazaa with all that crummy spyware taken out.

    How was kazaa lite made?

We should start a Mac Kazza petition.

I still don't see how Kazaa is legal. Aren't they going to get shut down?

Gnutella ALWAYS sucked in my experience I hate hearing success stories about things I can't get to work
