MacRumors had it right... 4 new products at 79 bucks. I didn't think that would be 4 new products. Oh well.

Here's to hoping that iLife and iWork get a invitation introduction!

    "Born to be worn

The world's most wearable music player just got even more wearable. Choose from five brilliant colors to make your musical fashion statement."

Same colours as the Nano, except orange instead of black.

Nice, but - we've just spent two hours of our lives waiting for this?

    wow

i am sure every loves the new iphone

    very well thought out ....

yet there are at least 2 new products or more that will cement apples coming dominance .

first if all the iphone's touch srceen and other new patened tech stuff is applied to a small tablet like thing .. this will be the everyones magical product from gamers to kids to moms to biz men on and on .. steaming media ... steve has wanted this since the next days .. since everything apple syncs and does everything flawlessly . ......... need i say more ???

yet applying the same to other models of ipods will also amaze us all ..

people who may not want the phone part ,, but want every thing else .. i envision at least 75 percent of the pod line being touch screen by mid 08 ..

and since the software and products all sync thru thin air now

and all apple products use all the great stuff

and w/ the addition of the new tv product

i feel the imac will morph step by step into a full blown tv

while keeping all of its computin functions

itv was invented mainly for a TV LIKE APPLE PRODUCT i predict

    i love you guys

    peace bruce p

Apparently AI got this one right, TS didn't. I wonder if the tipsters with real information have been avoiding TS since the Asteroid incident. If TS knows that they're being avoided or only being given false tips, they aren't letting it on.

Old habits die hard. Few people referred to the company by its formal name anyway.

But, now that they have won the case, along with the others, and a good chunk of money as well, though I'm not sure where that is exactly headed, they might come back.

They did win the case quite some time ago but I just wondered if the damage is done. I don't remember a single one of their hints materializing into something since then. They've had outlandish stories about Final Cut Extreme being released along side a $10k computer last April. They also had the story that suggested the end for Aperture because of a team shake-up.

Apple just recently decided not to appeal, so the case is actually, and finally over.

All of these sites have their good times, and their bad times.

I suppose it would depend on how long its contributers hang out for, and how long they are interested in bothering.

Years ago, even MOSR was accurite to a good level.

But, most of that was before Jobs came back.

Apple used to come to my user group long before it intro'd new products, and demo'd them for us.

Oooh. Juicy colours. Shuffles mmmm.... Well, I really did not see this coming. I thought they'd just Red 2gb iPod nano or Red up teh Shuffle.

This is a clearly a longer-term (well, non-charity related) move to keep iPod sales revenues strong in the Jan-March quarter. And.... the perfect "if you got a lump of coal (or a Zune) in your stocking....". 8)

Yes and no. Yes, I think a Beatles iPod is a pretty good idea, enough people would buy that to make it more than worthwhile. Having the Beatles songs preloaded, or added to iTunes, meh - the passionate people who will rush to the iTunes Store to download every Beatles song, they haven't ripped their CDs already? I'm often wrong - I see lots of people saying they'll buy color shuffles just 'cuz - but I can't see this being the life-changing event it's made out to be, but it would make for a nice news story and quarterly results call for Apple.

So long as they keep Corbijn away from it! Hate to say it, but DM haven't had a decent album design since Violator. I'd love to see the commercials.

Same schedule as always, but I do try to bring out the candles and rose petals on my special day.

Wednesday was the last day of my daughters vacation from school, and seven of her friends were over. I asked about the colors, and none of them like the idea of the orange. Go figure!

It's important, because five of them have iPods. Teenage girls are the largest buyers of these devices.

You fight with the focus group that you have, I guess. Still, an average of zero doesn't help when when it's the teenage demographic that buys into color gimmicks more than anyone else. Maybe I'll buy an orange one and laser engrave a road cone onto it.
