C'mon guys, the iMac _is_ the show. It _is_ the digital hub. There's nothing (consumer oriented) left to present. Sure there might be goodies like G5's (although I doubt it) or faster G4 towers (but 1.4 gHz, not a chance) but this was it IMO.
It would be holy stupid to think that nothing gets leaked if you did such an interview. To many people involved, lithographers, printers, distributers and much more ...steve should be happy that this got leaked so late.
i agree...there may be more....but this IS a HUGE annoucement...the iMac saved apple and the average person considers the iMac TO BE apple...so the first major revision and a whole new form and function (dvd burning, iphoto, digital hub of your new freakin life) will still make this a huge show just like the first iMac made 1998 a huge show...g
