Sorry. The last poll was not multi-choice and should be deleted.

    Ya'll know the deal....

Things listed here may or may not show up. Things not lised here may or may not show up. We are discussing Apple, Steve's Apple, so nobody knows anything for certain.

I agree with an earlier prediction that iLife will be integrated with Leopard, so it may not necessarily be a separate announcement but rather a "feature" of the new OS.

    I think WWDC will be:

    ? iPhone information and hype

? Developer Kit for iPhone third party apps

? Mac OS X information (release still to be in October, or at least September)

    - Possibly new Cinema Displays (although less likely)

? Timid updates to the Mac Pro (graphics?)

? No new iPods. Apple has enough on their plate with the iPhone and it's not even the right season for an iPod release.

? No iWork/iLife '07 release -- perhaps information, but I doubt it. I think Apple is going to try to go head to head with Microsoft Office for Mac 2007.

? MacBook, MacBook Pro recently updated -- out of the question

? Mac Mini (not likely -- WWDC is not a consumer event)

? New iMac the most likely of any computer update except small timid upgrades with the PowerMac like better graphics or Blu-Ray.

I think that before the Christmas shopping season the Nano will be updated. I think that iWork is going to be bundled with iLife from now on as well. You know, the complete package.

10 % of you actually think nothing is coming? Can you see Steve standing on stage to announce nothing?

on the serious side, configuring 24" iMac with 500GB Hard drive drives the delivery date to 7-10 days.

    is it usual?

You sound like a politican. The poll doesn't have a choice of "nothing". It says "nothing remarkable". That's a very BIG difference.

I know what it says; I created the poll!

Just trying to stimulate some repsonses. I wish the people who chose that would say why. They don't have to, of course.

IMO, Steve would not waste his own time on something not BIG, so I am looking forwrd to Monday night (Japan time).

You don't think Steve extolling the virtues of Leopard is big? After January 2007, my expectations are not really high on hardware being introduced.

Everyone knows he is going to discuss Leopard. Yeah, he's going to intro a few secret features, but we know this already because it has been announced.

Steve would never leave the stage having only discussed what people knew he was going to. He loves his stage and he will have his day.

The iPhone is a major departure from common thought o interacting with a phone and will lead to a rethinkng of how we interact with computers. Indeed, phones are becoming the next computers, so it was a direction Apple had to go in. With AAPL only going up, it would seem a lot of people think so, too.
