I'm keen to see what's in iMovie 3, since I've just got Final Cut Pro and fear a rather steep learning curve before I can be as good as I'd got in iMovie 2. Could get me out of some holes...
I want to know how the archiving works when burning cd collections in iPhoto. How are the photos saved? In the same odd heirarchy as iPhoto? As the folder you create on the left?
Does iPhoto allow you to 'move' the photos to the disk after you are done copying them, yet still allow you to have thumbnails in the library that, when selected, prompt you with a freindly "The photo "jaberwocky" is on the iPhoto disk "bandersnatch". Please insert bandersnatch in the drive to edit the photo.
And hey, does it allow you to name the disk, or does it keep a running tally of how many are done automatically, or do they all just have the name "iPhoto CD"?
Editted because the names I used may not have been appropriate to common courtesy (Implied porn and putting something which which you shouldn't attempt into the drive... See... I'm trying to be good...)
Now that iLife seems to be upon us (www.macnn.com) what will you use the new features to do?
I am actually making an 20th wedding anniversary comemorative DVD for my friends parents. Together we are going to creat a nice DVD complete with a reinactment of their proposal (not my friend and I!) and some nice slide shows. We will also have special messages from their friends and family along with their favorite music tracks included in the slide shows and the DVD menus. It should be nice.
What motion menu would you reccomend for this type of thing, the Book Theme?

<strong>What's the chance I could walk into CompUSA tomorrow and buy it??</strong><hr></blockquote>
I'd say slim to none because compusa sucks like that. But you never know, I was able to get minipb from there as soon as they were available in retail stores.

Oh God, that should be interesting
<strong>I know the photos are saved by the album. I don't know much beyond that.</strong><hr></blockquote>
I actually already know the answer, but wanted to see if someone was going to bite the bullet first and admit they had liberated a copy somewhere...
and of course: <img src="graemlins/cancer.gif" border="0" alt="[cancer]" /> <img src="graemlins/cancer.gif" border="0" alt="[cancer]" /> <img src="graemlins/cancer.gif" border="0" alt="[cancer]" /> <img src="graemlins/cancer.gif" border="0" alt="[cancer]" />
