iPhone retail packaging revealed in video review (images)
An iPhone video review published by USA Today's Edward Baig offers one of the first glimpses of the Apple handset's retail packaging.
The video, published by Baig over on YouTube, supplements the journalist's print review which was posted to the USA Today website shortly after 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
Shown in the YouTube video is the iPhone's shoebox-shaped retail packaging, in full jet-black with shiny silver Apple logos and highlights.
Inside each iPhone box is the iPhone itself, a dock, stereo headset, dock connector to USB cable, USB power adapter, documentation, and cleaning/polishing cloth.

No news today about MS Exchange support thru Active Sync?
Box looks nice and small.... meaning that I hope stores dont run out before I get one on Friday
All the other pictures I've seen only show 11.
The box shows 12 buttons.

You must not have seen any pictures in the last few days then. They've been updated with the 12th (YouTube) button.
Of course, it does seem to be lacking something, like an Apple logo. Probably on some other side.
Has anyone, anywhere, ever seen a 4gb iPhone?
Isn't that the same thing as an 8GB phone? What's the difference that you'd be looking for?
Reviewers would never get them because you always give the reviewers the top-of-the-line, not the low-end. You want them to feel good from the beginning, instead of "Damn those cheap bastards at apple, sending me a 4GB iPhone! I'll show them, I'm going to diss the lack of an external antenna!"
I'm disappointed now.

It's there, on the top. Last pic.
How did you miss it?

I think they might double sizes before launch... 8 + 16...
Any of these journalists try and plug this thing into a TV yet?
Exactly one of my top questions! I fear it may be "no" since Apple's expanded specs page still doesn't mention it. But for showing slideshows and TV/movies at a friend's house--or at MY house instead of AppleTV--video out is important. A great feature of iPods.
Hopefully at least the included dock has video out, like iPod docks have for years, but you'd think reviewers would have noticed the port.

Sure, right.
Looks pretty much like you'd expect.

Ban this jerk from the universe.
Soon there will be a post about how this creep was just trying to help.
