    A guyat the MacNN forums by the name of "BlueBomberX" created a patch for AIM that kills the add block in the buddy list.



    I thought his site was something like bluebomber.com but there's just a temporary "under construction" page there now. Search the MacNN Software forum for details.

    Good points, plus you can "join" a chat like the AI chat. Is it just me or is there no way to join chats in AIM?



    Also NONE of the AIM clients for OS X have "Talk" yet...



    Adium's tab interface is REAL nice. Yes Apple should hire these people.



    edit: but Adium can't send files, yet. But I can't tell you how many times someone's window has gotten buried in AIM and they get all mad at me! Adium is hot.

    just invite yourself to a chat
