    This sounds like a problem with your computer. do you have any software that protects your settings/ reimages your coomputer on startup? (i.e. DeepFreeze, ect)



    How are you closing iTunes? if it quits unexpectedly each time, then that would also cause a problem with saving settings.

    Itunes closes normally, but I did not begin to have this problem until I had to do a complete restore due to a virus on my notebook.

    It could be something with your anti-virus software... I'm just throwing out guesses now though, It's better if i can see what's happening.

    Yeah, I guess I'll have to take it to Best Buy, and have their Geek Squad look at it.
