That image has already been basically proven a fake in <a href="http://forums.appleinsider.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=5&t=000683"; target="_blank">this</a> thread. Don't expect green triangles nor spring-loaded folders like this in 10.2. This is a VERY bad job in PS. My guess is the default will be a darkish blue (doesn't conflict with bg like aqua blue or white would) with the option to change it in Dock pref pane.
