I still remember being surprised that the DVD release of "Mulholland Drive" blurred out the "naughty bits" because the dark-haired star didn't want compromising frames to be leaked onto the web. Makes one wonder why she agreed to be in a David Lynch movie to begin with.
Actually, I was going to post a shrine to Caroline Munro, but figured all but the above movie (as Naomi) and The Golden Voyage of Sinbad were too obscure.
