It's a bit early to say that, solipsism. The trackpad may be capable of registering 4 points at a time. Perhaps a software update will enable 4 point gesturing.

The previous version of the 15" is in the clearance and refurbished section at pretty good prices. If the display line doesn't say glossy, then it's the matte screen.

I bought previous model MBP a couple months ago as I didn't want the new keyboard that I assumed was coming to the MBP too. But I decided to try the glossy screen in actual use, figuring I can offload it if I didn't like it. I have kept it, it's actually pretty nice. There is a mild anti-reflective treatment on it.

So for the Macbook, can we assume the processors they are using are the P7350 and P8600?

You should work for the Daily Show with your comical and obvious editing tactics.

    What I wrote:
"They might. I think it all depends on the HW capabilities of the old MBA trackpad. In other words, if the old MBA trackpad isn't capable of registering 4 points at a time, I'd say it isnt' possible. But if it can, I think they will add it since Apple did update the MBPs trackpad with multi-gesture software after the MBA came out while still keeping the trackpad the same (at least in looks)."
I've underlined my above text to show the slanted excerpt that Kim has purposely taken out of context by removing my 'if' qualifier and altering the word 'the' to 'The' to imply that it was the start of my sentence. FYI: That kind of slander works much better with soundbites than it does with text.

If Apple is going with NVIDIA full throttle, then the Montevina chips I mentioned could be very wrong. Would this offer more or less than 17W TDP of the 22mm^2 Montevina chips? Does NVIDIA even offer the SFF package that the MBA needs? I guess we'll have to wait for a breakdown to get accurate answers.

The link below is where I retrieved the data on these SFF chips.

It's disappointing that 1920x1200 is now standard on the 17", but the 15" MacBook Pro is once again stuck with 1440x900 without an option for a higher density display.

I'm sure they will, but more to the point, why didn't the new MacBook Air get the new track pad?
