Edge 1.1 for iPhone adds new levels, controls
A firm App Store favourite, Edge ($4.99, App Store was updated to version 1.1 today. It introduces 17 new levels interspersed between the old ones that fill in any bumps in the difficulty curve or play of the game, and boosting what some people felt was too short an experience.
The 1.1 update has also introduced a new control method (a virtual isometric d-pad), 5 new songs and online rankings. Unfortunately, due to all this new content, old savegames will be deleted for continuity's sake. The game has also dropped in price by a dollar since it came out, so new buyers get more for less than early adopters.
