Seems like Apple is a bit slow updating their Airport Extreme wireless card for 802.11n compatability. My housemate has ordered a new base station and I just missed the boat on getting 802.11n in my MacBook Pro Core (1) Duo.

I'm in the same boat. I want the wireless to work with the laptop, but I can get the card only in a new iMac or Mac Pro. Bummer... Especially since my new base station arrived today.
Here's hoping 802.11n APE cards are just around the corner \

That would be true, but the ones in the store are for the old PCI based desktop cards if I remember correctly.
