iBook screen flicker

I have a iBook G4 and whenever my laptop is plugged into my charger and on the highest light setting, the screen flickers, however, once I turn it down 1 notch of brightness, it stops flickering. Now, it doesn't ALWAYS flicker, but it does do it quite a bit.



Any suggestions?
