Finder Windows Sorting

When using the Finder window, I want to sort everything aphabetically, but I want all my folders at the top and all the files on the bottom.

For example:

CharlieFolder

TangoFolder

Alpha.JPG

Beta.JPG

Delta.PSD

Hotel.JPG

How do I do this?

I never understood why this kind of sorting in M$ Windows was efficient... But try klicking the top of the "Kind" column once, then at least all the folders are listed alphabetically.

The Finder is a mess; I know PathFinder does the sorting you describe (indeed very handy).
