I talked to a rep when I canceled my gold pass membership, and he indicated that the player will be out in June. He also hinted that there will be more than just a player, perhaps the jukebox?

RealOne. It's the player, Jukebox, video subscriptions, music subscriptions, all rolled into one very crashy XP-a-licious app.
Although Real player and Windoze Media Player are both manufactured by Satan, Real Media Player plug ins are avaliable for QT... from third party companies. Real Player is usefull for those icky PeeCee centric websites though. I wouldn't mind Real going out of business... They do not hold enough of an influence over the internet... for every Real Media website, there are about 4 QT websites, as it should be. Hell, my PeeCee using friend LOVE QuickTime, but Hate Real Media Player...
