iPhone Transfer?!? Tansee.!.

THE FALL...

So, I have an external HD w/ALL of my music on it and I was listening to myTunes through iTunes when my external HD tumbled to the floor. So I LOST it ALL. Luckily I have most of my music on my iPod+iPhone. I have extracted most of my songs off my iPod, but I cant't use the same software for my iPhone. Unless there is a suggestion, but I found this program called Tansee. Anyone hear of it? Use it because I can download I just need some kind of program to run it. What do I need to run it or is there any better suggestions out there on how to get my songs off of my iPhone. TIA.!.

    Never mind the Tansee. Its for Windows OnLy NeWayZ, but I tried iPhoneDrive too and nothing...So HOW do I GET my MUSIC OFF MY iPHONE...BACK TO MY MAC...Please Help!!!
