    In the web developer world DOM stands for Document Object Model, but I have know idea if that's what the original poster intended it to mean. We use the DOM to manipulate web page layouts, collect data, etc.

    In this case, "dom" refers to the dominant one in a BDSM encounter. Dom/sub, you know? Hence the "on your knees" line.
