iphone 3G?

Any news of when a 3G iphone will become available - 2G is not exactly cutting edge..

    Sometime in 2008. Hopefully early, but who knows.



    It's a requirement for Asia, at least, so I imagine spring/summer '08 at the latest (unless they want to launch in Asia next Christmas).

    Japan is presently at 3.5G. So don't even think about 2G anything here.
