Mac on Linux now runs OSX...
That screenshot has OSX.1 OSX.2 and OS9 running concurrently.
Keen!
Yeah, yeah, I know, there's like 3 linux users who frequent these boards. Yes, I know, I'm one of them. Whatever, this is pretty cool and a major technical challenge for MOL developers.

Too bad I don't use Linux. Blech!
Any comments on performance or speed?
(yes, I know it's not "emulated" in the traditional sense.)

Brad there ya have it.
from what ive read it runs the same speed as it does independantly! its running on a PPC processor... its got the native hardware there.

While it's indeed running on the native processor ISA (and thus is inherently faster than something like VirtualPC), it's still slower than running MacOS directly, because all hardware abstraction, scheduling, virtual memory handling etc. now happens twice (in the guest OS and again in the host OS).

MOL-asses? Hah haa haa ha heh.. oh, never mind.
[quote] Unless you are madly multitasking in Linux, in which case it's probably slow as molasses.
