    - Is Copy not showing up in Edit or is it just grayed out?

    - If it's grayed out, have you selected the icon in the top-right corner of the Get Info window? Does the icon have a blue selection halo?



    A lot of people select the big Preview image in Get Info instead of the smaller icon in the corner.
