Video chat/conferencing
What apps have you tried that work for the Mac and the PC?
Just read about a new camera (Fire-i) on macnet2 that sounds pretty good.

Have looked briefly at iSpQ (http://www.ispq.com/) on versiontracker but the reviews didn't sound all that great.
I would be using this for home and a small office.

For OS9/Classic: dang it..I forgot what it was called.
For OSX and OS9, Yahoo Messenger provides video only conferencing that isn't too bad. It's free and found at versiontracker.
For OSX, AppMac Software has sVideo Monitor that is video only I think. hefty price too, $59, but there is a trial version. http://www.adnx.com/services/appmac/INFO_SVIDEO_US.HTM
Have you used it with broadband or modem (dial up) or both? My brother and in-laws have dial up. I have cable and so does my sister. We are all thinking about giving this a try. Makes those long distance phone calls a little more interesting and fun if it all works.
