Freehand 10 has been "rebranded" as Freehand MX when the MX bundle was release. You can call it the new Freehand if you wish

    Dear Leonis & Friends

I believe that &ldquo;FreeHand 10&rdquo; is still Macromedia&rsquo;s official moniker for its illustration and page layout software. See Macromedia&rsquo;s <a href="http://www.macromedia.com/software/freehand/"; target="_blank">Web pages</a> for FreeHand.

FreeHand 10 was released on June 18, 2001, so it probably won&rsquo;t be too much longer before the upgrade is released. Personally, I hope the new FreeHand supports tables.

    Sincerely,

    Jaddie

Yeah Freehand in MM Studio is still named FreeHand 10 (although it has a nifty new logo). It is not yet FreeHand MX... There is a 10.01 version, but that is not a new version by any means... *sigh*
