magnets & iron dust

I want to use my macbook at work. The environment is weld smoke which is iron dust. Anyone know of a way to seal the charging port?

    Duct tape should do the trick. They might still stick to the magnetic latch if it's not the pro macbook but they should be easily wiped off as there are no holes round that area.
