Final Cut Express 3.5 vs 4?

I just got 3.5 for christmas, I haven't opened it, but then saw that 4 is available. Is it worth returning 3.5 for 4?

    As long as your Mac can handle FCE 4, then by all means don't open version 3.5 (unless you got it at a great deal....)/
