Is there an alternative to SWISH for mac users?

I cant seem to find any software for the mac that will create simple text effects?

    text edit does colors...uhm Brois' stuff does really cool effects...     I mean something that can create the effects that SWISH does so i can import them into Flash MX



    Swish is only available to windoze!

    yes, swfx by a company called wildform makes an app like that and it's something like 30$.



    i have not used it but have used wildform's flix product and have been very pleased with it and them.





    swift3d does some 3d stuff but it is not as simple as swish and it's just not the same thing.





    it's a 3d app that does some text stuff that can be output as .swf but it does require rendering and it is 3d.



    i think i remember having done some text motion things a while back in Adobe's Live Motion, certainly not a a simple wysiwyg process but it is an alternative to Flash for some things. it's especially useful to anyone who is familiar with After Effects interface as they are now similar.

    Not sure, but even if it can, Office is just a bit pricey just for doing simple text effects, don't you think? Or all that it does, for that matter.
