Will newer airport extreme card work for my G4 933mhz power pc

I need to go wireless with my older desktop and I don't know if the newer airport cards will work with my older mac. Anyone help me out here?

    If my sources are correct (apple.com) then you will need to find an OLDER Airport card... one that is NOT labeled as "Airport Extreme".

    Unfortunately, these are becoming harder to find.

    The newer cards are a different shape and won't plug into the old slots (even though they offer 802.11b connectivity.)

    Yes, the older cards are 802.11b only... the newer "extreme" cards are 802.11"g" (and will downgrade to"b" if that's the network they find.)
