Any News on Filemaker 10?

Filemaker's been releasing significant upgrades almost annually. With the last version (9.0) released last July, is another upgrade coming soon?

With the release of Bento, they've now got a Cocoa codebase to work with and users have been clamoring for native Address Book and iCal syncing abilities in FMP for a long time. The big question is: will they split the Mac and Windows codebases to do it?

Has anyone heard where Filemaker is headed on the Mac?

No clue Frank777. BTW, I've been begging them to have an iPhone/iPod touch version of FileMaker that will support fully syncing my FM databases to these devices. I would like to hang up my use of my Palm LifeDrive for good and this would be the kick in the ass I need to move on.

Perhaps a Version 10 will support just what I've suggested, above. They've dumped FM Mobile and this is their chance to get smart with the mobile market. Here's hopin'!

Looks good. It's perplexing that this came from a third party, and not Filemaker itself.

    Apparently, it's coming Monday.

No word yet on whether there are hooks into AddressBook and iCal.
