How to get notes of iPhone

I know there is a bunch of ways to get your notes of the iPhone if you jailbreak it.

I have a long list in my Notes app and am not planning on jailbreaking my phone. Is there a way to get your notes off with out jailbreaking your phone on a PC?

    MobileSyncBrowser allows you to view anything stored within your iPhone backups in iTunes:

    u can email it to yourself. open the notes app and tap so you can see the options and choose the envelope icon and send it to yourself. that's currently the way it's done...
