I'm only dropping this on you as a favor to him, since he can't seem to get registered at AI. I'm not vouching personally for or against it, and take it for what it's worth.

EDIT: Cutting and pasting from Chatmade me think the keyboard was wireless, but it isn't. My apologies.
EDIT 2: Apparently I can't cut and paste. Three models only.
EDIT 3: Sorry, missed the DVD model. There are four models.

but if it's true, 14.1 is a big freaking mistake, and not worth the trouble. Come to think of it, it may be true.
My first thought is what on earth is MouseMac?
This is the best iMac 'inside' info that I have seen so far.. Not too far fetched and with some unheard of features.
I believe it.
smells like shit.

not necessarily true. 14.1 at the ibook lcd's resolution is pretty decent. it's about screen real estate more than actual screen size.
Reasonable specs. Sorry about that.

I noticed that too but it seems to just be a typo. The "Mac" part should be with OS X

It would be good for the iMac (not saying its the deal). But this really can´t be all.
Much better chat and if you use an IRC client, then you can cut and paste.

that ain't it
no way in hell
You people can't be believing everythign that pops up let alone a stranger in a chatroom with know reason to believe him

But... but... There are part numbers!!!!
Actually, I find these configurations plausible. We'll see in five days.
Think about it, if the iMac was going to have a G3 and a 14.1" LCD screen, would they be posting all these messages creating hype on their website? I think not.

This is the iMac. There are other things.
Personally, I cannot vouch for it, but I just thought I'd pass it on.
FWIW, it sounds about right, IMO.
