Apple have pulled this update, for those who did install it check your network utility as mine seems to have lost "N" range off the network adaptor

I'm having the same problem. Is there any way to remove the update without a time machine backup?

Airport Extreme Update 2008-004 version 1.0 is now available in software update on Intel machines.
I suspect it overwrites the 2008-003 update changes.
