Safari 2.0>Safari 3.1.2

It sound's crazy.

Well it seems true for me.

My iBook G4 running 10.4.11 was slow, so I completely backed up everything, did a re-install of OSX, the whole shebang, and safari found itself in version 2.0. I didn't notice, but in the short time I had 3.1.2, I had several "unexpectedly quit" charades, figuring it was my computer and apart of several reasons why I did what I explained previously.

It's been a week since this, and safari 2.0 is still installed, and it still hasn't "unexpectedly quit", and it's running noticeably faster. Yeah, it makes no sense, yeah it defies logic, but yeah, it is faster then any browser I've used.

So you think it is Safari and none of the other software that you downgraded or removed from your computer?
