Disabling keychain

Is it possible to disable a user's access to the keychain program? This user is trying to store network passwords in there and I don't want to allow him to.

In 10.2 you can make it so a user can only run specific programs the admin allows.

In 10.1, though, I suspect you might could chmod the program so only the admin can run it. I've never tried this, though, do I'm not sure quite how well it would/wouldn't work.

Yes but he can copy it to his home dir and re-chmod it.

Worst case, he can get a copy from a friend.
